Cancellation Policy
I completely understand life happens! However, to ensure I can accommodate all my guests and maintain a seamless experience, I kindly ask you to review my cancellation policy:
-Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide 48 hours notice if you do need to reschedule. This allows me to have some time and offer the appointment to someone else
-Late cancellations after 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service
I do understand emergencies arise and life can be unpredictable. If you find yourself in that situation, please reach out as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate and work with certain situations & thank you for your understanding!
Also, Please Note: You deserve 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy for ANY reason please reach out within 48 hours of your service for a redo. There are no refunds. All redo's are based off the initial service & consult. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
